Cancellation Policy

At MWORLD STUDIO, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase by contacting us at contact@mworld.us. After this period, orders may have already entered production, fulfillment, or shipping and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

All pre-order and made-to-order purchases are considered final sale. Because these items are produced specifically for customers, they cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once the order has been placed unless otherwise stated.

Subscription Purchases (If Applicable)

If you enroll in a recurring subscription or membership program, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not refund charges that have already been processed.

Order Modifications

Requests to change a shipping address, size, color, or other order details must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

Refund Eligibility

Approved cancellations made within the permitted cancellation period will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
