How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed in the order that they are received within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

How long does shipping take?

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 1–4 business days depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, MWORLD STUDIO ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?

Tracking updates may occasionally take 24–48 hours to appear. If your tracking has not updated after several days, please contact us at contact@mworld.us.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

What condition must items be in to be returned?

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Can I return footwear?

Yes. Footwear must be returned with all original packaging including dust bags and stuffing in its original shoebox. The shoebox also must placed inside protective outer packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email contact@mworld.us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do your products fit?

Sizing information can be found on each product page. If you are between sizes or need additional guidance, please contact us before purchasing.

Are your products true to size?

Most MWORLD STUDIO products fit true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some items may be restocked, while others are released as limited editions. Follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter for restock announcements.

Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is available for immediate shipment.

When will my pre-order ship?

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are listed on the product page. These dates are estimates and may be subject to change.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

You have 1 hour after purchasing to cancel all orders.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. MWORLD STUDIO does not store your payment information.
